Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Job Summary:
Creates written editorial and graphic design content across print and electronic mediums with a strong focus on industry leading social media platforms (facebook, instagram, etc...) and institutes procedures for timely information gathering. Ensures consistent messaging and maintains brand styles across all business entities.
Essential Job Duties:
Creates and maintains marketing content such as ad copy or social media posts.Coordinates meetings with marketing partners and executive team members to discuss campaigns.Updates and gathers marketing data to create reports and present significant information.Attends team meetings to discuss upcoming sales goals and objectives.Schedules and manages social media content for all business entities.Monitors marketing trends and company social media accounts.Conducts search engine optimization (SEO) research.Reconciles marketing budgets with expenses for marketing campaigns.Communicates with marketing team to establish goals and implements effective marketing strategies.Creates visual and graphic design content across print and electronic mediums, including brochures, ads, articles, PowerPoint presentations, etc.Publishes web content.Maintains brand style adherence across all platforms and content.Evaluates and implements methods and procedures for collecting timely and accurate information.Works with the marketing department to assist in print production and fulfillment using in house digital press and related equipment. Training will be provided.Assists with photo and video shoots as needed. Training will be provided.Serve as backup for print department productionOther special projects as assignedSkills/Requirements:
Your portfolio demonstrates creative skillset.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.Strong working knowledge of Social Media platforms.Ability to create custom graphics.Associates degree in marketing, graphic design or related field.3+ years of experience.Strong communication skills.Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.Excellent time, task and project management skills.Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience with writing and proofreading.Experience in AutoCAD a plus but not required.
