Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented UX Strategist with a strong emphasis on research to join our dynamic team. As a UX Strategist at Blue Yonder, you will support the user experience research efforts across our products and platforms. You will work closely with senior UX researchers and designers to gather and analyze user insights that inform design decisions and enhance our solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your UX research skills and contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and conducting user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis.Support the synthesis of research findings into actionable insights and effectively communicate them to cross-functional teams.Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure research insights are integrated into product development.Help create and maintain UX research documentation, methodologies, and best practices.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving the user experience.Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX research and design.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in UX Research, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.4 years of experience in UX field with recent 1 to 2 years in research, or in UX Strategist roleStrong experience in various user research methodologies and their application in product design.Proficiency in research tools such as User Testing, Optimal Workshop, or similar.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.A passion for user-centered design and a curiosity about user behavior and motivations.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the supply chain or Ecommerce fulfillment industry is a plus.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SPSS, Tableau).Coursework or certification in UX research or related disciplines.*The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
