Position Title: Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

To assist the V.P. of Sales and Marketing in obtaining all marketing goals while upholding the company's mission statement of being a stairlift company unified in providing a safe and affordable solution to overcome the unique needs and challenges that our customers experience on the stairs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsible for developing and managing direct marketing campaigns, direct mail, magazines/print, DRTV and other channels.Develop, launch, analyze, optimize and maintain campaigns.Manages the production of collateral marketing materials including brochures, specialty advertising items as well as all company brand collateral.Maintain continuity of all company branded materials.Coordinate with Partners to ensure brand and trademark protection though brand and product consistency and accuracy.Manage a marketing budget that optimizes ROI and achieves target metrics.Coordinate Press Releases for company news and information.Prepare and present media plans, as needed, including objectives, strategy, rationale, and all backup materials.Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.Observes all health/safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.SKILLS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree (B.A) from four-year college or university; or three to four years marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
