We are Seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our Team in High Point!VOTED " BUSINESS OF THE YEAR " 2018VOTED ONE OF THE " FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES IN THE TRIAD " 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022Our mission at Bethany Medical is to provide excellent care through a multi-specialty approach from prevention to intervention of potentially life- threatening health problems.The Lenny Peters Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) charity organization whose goal is to assist those in need here at home and around the world! The foundation to assists those in need within the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina, in the cities of High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and its surrounding communities. The Foundation also provides housing, food, education, and job training through the Jayamatha Boys Orphanage and The Lenny Peters Home for Girls in Kerala, India.The Marketing Assistant is responsible for helping with the project management and execution of system-wide marketing initiatives and for helping coordinate marketing activities that build awareness of the organization's brand among teammates and community with specific targeted emphasis on Bethany Medical and The Lenny Peters Foundation strategic goals and priorities.Responsibilities:Drive BM and The Lenny Peters Foundation marketing strategy with a focus on digital and Ad-print activities
Create and update marketing materials for BM and The Lenny Peters Foundation.Develop marketing advertising content.Maintain company websites.Represent the company positively in a multitude of settings.Assist in content creation (ie. ads, website, social media, product, etc.)Preparation of news releases on events at BM and The Lenny Peters Foundation, new programs and other special activities.Assist in planning public events for both BM and The Lenny Peters Foundation.Represent both companies at public events and conferences relative to public relations and other activities.Brainstorm and implement new marketing strategies.Assist with Social Media Updates (Facebook and Instagram).Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications and Public Relations preferred or at least 1 year of Marketing experience.Strong knowledge of Adobe and/or Canva software preferred.Experience in Healthcare or related field preferred.Non-Profit experience preferred.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel.Must be able to work quickly under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.Ability to set clear goals and execute projects from start to finish.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
