Job Description: Mandatory:-Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer with a strong background in UI design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Figma and a proven track record of creating intuitive and engaging designs from scratch. As a Product Designer at our client, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and ensure our products are both beautiful and functional.

Key Responsibilities:Design and Develop:Create and iterate on innovative UI designs for web and mobile applications using Figma.Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups from scratch.User-Centered Design:

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.Translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the user experience.Design System:

Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all products.Document design guidelines, patterns, and best practices for the team.Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.Continuously seek opportunities to improve the design process and the overall quality of the product.

Qualifications:Experience:

Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.Experience designing products from scratch, with a deep understanding of UI/UX principles.Skills:

Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.Education:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
