Sr Product Designer requires:

7 years experience in either agency, startup, or early-stage product environments designing consumer facing digital experiences, preferably with new to market products.Proficiency working in cross-functional teams, strategically partnering with product managers and engineers.Ability to turn insights and data into design decisions that influence our product and business strategies.Expertise in building successful and engaging experiences across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Mobile web)Proven experience managing other designers through hands-on design mentorship as well as leading by example.Strong UX, information hierarchy and customer journey mapping capabilities.Strong visual design competency and attention to detail.Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts and solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an understanding of when to both define and defend the rationale behind decisions.Proficiency with Figma, Zeplin, and JiraSr Product Designer duties:

Partner closely with team leads and internal stakeholders to create empathetic, simple, and human-centric design solutions that define our product experience.Work collaboratively with other designers on your team to create conceptual wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for consumer-facing websites and mobile apps considering user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.Own product features through launch, ensuring we're shipping meaningful and quality experienceHelp to develop, use, and maintain a design system that delivers a consistent and on-brand experience throughout all of our digital experiences, both website and mobile apps.Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas to push the user experience of our productGive and solicit feedback from other designers, product management, and engineering during weekly reviews and standupsParticipate in design workshops to explore innovative solutions for problems and opportunities identified through research and data.
