Qualifications:Associate's degree or higher in Electronic/IC layout CAD or related field.5+ years of IC layout design experience in FinFET technology.Strong grasp of layout fundamentals and semiconductor manufacturing processes.Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso XL, PVS/Calibre, and Unix OS.Familiarity with synthesis tools like Innovus and programming in SKILL is advantageous.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Responsibilities:As an IC Layout Design Engineer, reporting to the VP of Engineering, you'll collaborate closely with circuit designers to create topological layouts for cutting-edge memory products.
Finalize physical layouts for high-performance analog/mixed-signal CMOS Integrated Circuits using Cadence Virtuoso XL Layout and PVS Verification tools in FinFET technologies.Troubleshoot and optimize layout blocks using physical design verification tools.Drive continuous improvement in layout techniques and design methodologies with the team.
