User Experience & User Interface Designer
with a strong eye for design composition that is comfortable working collaboratively within the UI guidelines of an established brand while also helping to push the user experience into new territories. The ideal candidate should be an analytical and creative designer who can intuitively grasp user needs and solve problems. We expect you to have a strong portfolio of successful products both from a seamless UX and UI perspective.What You Will DoBuild, evolve, and maintain the design languages and style-guides across various productsUnderstand and be committed to user-centric design, working closely with fellow UX designers to create a fluid, interactive productCollaborate with other product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to help define design vision and implement intuitive user interactions within our productsDefine, execute, and iterate on design patterns and interactionsCreate high fidelity mockups of elegant, usable, and consistent user interfaces based on business requirementsBuild functional/interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test conceptsProvide usability recommendations based on user testing, analytics, and user behaviorCollaborate with development teams to guide and support implementation of final designsPresent and justify design thinking and rationale through key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholderWork collaboratively, with excellent communication and presentation skillsWho You Are:Bachelor's or master's Degree in design or a related field3+ years of design experience across Web, iOS & AndroidStrong understanding and experience of UI, UX, interaction design, HCI and animation principlesExpertise with: Industry standard wireframing and prototyping tools. Familiarity with Figma, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, SASS, Bootstrap, and other web frameworks (e.g., Vue, React)Working knowledge of Android / iOS design guidelinesExtreme attention to details and consistencyData driven: Must be able to comfortable analyze data and usage patterns to generate insights on how to best improve the user experiencePassionate about solving complex problems with simple, easy-to-use solutionsResult oriented, optimistic, self-motivated, and passionateCommitted to meeting deadlines and skilled at handling multiple projects simultaneouslyHiringThe salary range for this role is commensurate with experience. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skillset, education, and/or certifications.LocationHelixIntel adds talent for in-office, hybrid, and remote roles.
