Marketing Assistant

LHH is currently recruiting for an urgent contract role for a Marketing Assistant with our client in the Fort Worth, TX area. The ideal candidate will have one year of marketing experience, either post grad or internships. This is an onsite, 40 hour per week contract role at our clients office in the Fort Worth area.Responsibilities:Assist in managing marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate seamless project executionDraft, proofread, and edit marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, social media, content, and promotional materialsMaintain brand standards across all marketing materials and serve as a final check before distributionMaintain and update marketing calendars, project trackers, and databasesProvide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and taking notesConduct market research and analyze data to support marketing strategiesAssist in organizing marketing events and campaignsMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiativesOther projects/tasks as assigned by marketing leadershipQualifications:1-3 years of marketing experience, internships includedBachelors degree in marketing or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management toolsStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects at a timeExcellent written and oral communications skillsAbility to work onsite at our clients office in the Fort Worth areaIf this role sounds like a fit for you and you meet the above qualifications, please apply now for consideration.
