Selectek is seeking a Civil Designer to assist with highway designs, perform grading calculations, update plans, and prepare takeoffs.Responsibilities Include:
Provide roadway layout including prepared alignments; prepare plans and diagramsProvide quantity take-off estimatesCan work with a given of budget and scheduleGrading calculationsPrepare various plats, plans, exhibits or other CADD-based documents as neededCoordinate findings with project team membersUtilize data collected from field crew to create base maps for engineering and design to calculateproperty boundariesResearch records via the Internet and at local municipalities for documents pertinent to current projectsWork within given budget and scheduleMaintain project point database and drawing filesAdherence to company CADD standardsOccasional site visits to check base mapping
Required:
Civil 3D or Microstation experienceExperience with roadway layout and designExperience with grading calculations
