This is a dynamic opportunity to represent our multifamily sales initiatives, in the Canby, OR territory (Canby, OR to Donald, OR to Molalla, OR). The sales representative will build relationships with community organizations, condo associations and property management groups of apartment buildings with 50+ units within our serviceable footprint.

A Day in the Life of the Direct Sales Representative, Multi-Family:

Cultivate individual sales through relationship building and maintaining a bi-weekly sales quotaObtain new customers in a multifamily residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sourcesAggressively pursue any leads provided dailyUnderstand every unique element of assigned properties within portfolioDistribute marketing material, facilitate strategic marketing campaigns, build Astound brand awarenessManage new building on-boarding process to drive subscriptions and drive penetration. Update CRM with relevant information on a daily basisReview and understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligationsUnderstand customer needs and articulate solutionsCreate, plan and execute regular multifamily property resident eventsAttend mandatory sales meetingsReport sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.Assist with training and mentoring for potential new hiresStay up to date with what the competition is doing in your market

What You Bring to the Table:

Ability to work in a fast paced challenging environmentEnjoys working outdoors "on the hunt" since 90% of all work is in the fieldExcellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skillsYou have a positive, creative and persuasive personalityMust be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomouslyMust be detail oriented and has highly developed organizational and time management skillsYou are sales-quota drivenMust have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Education and Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalentProficient in Microsoft products

*Base salary: The base salary range for this position in Oregon state is $32,000, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits, commission, and sales incentives if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, geographical area, experience, and capabilities.*Commission component: Targeted commissions at full attainment are $56,940 annually.
