We are seeking a highly motivate Associate Manager, Marketing Communications for a rapidly growing biotechnology company. As the Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our products by bridging the gap between science and marketing.

Summary:

The Associate Manager, Marketing Communications, is a key player in EpiCypher's comprehensive marketing initiatives. The position works with the Senior Marketing Manager to promote EpiCypher's marketing efforts in the epigenetics and chromatin biology research community.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage conceptualization, execution, and expansion of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive lead generation and customer engagement.Coordinate cross-departmentally, facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment on marketing strategies, priorities, and timelines.Monitor and report on marketing efforts, including emails, social media, SEO, etc.Work with MarComm contractors and developers to update the EpiCypher website, including text & image changes, new pages (and/or landing pages), site maintenance, etc.Coordinate with the sales team to optimize lead volume and quality with the goal of generating high-value opportunities.Responsible for social media management - calendar, post scheduling, and maintaining a positive brand image across all platforms by monitoring online reputation, promptly addressing customer inquiries, and fostering engagement.Attend and eventually present at regular company meetings.Credentials and Experience:

Bachelor’s with minimum of five years or Master’s with minimum of three years of proven experience in product marketing within the life sciences field is required.Must be able to understand the scientific nature of the products.Experience with epigenetics/molecular biology/genomics concepts is a huge plus!Experience with end-to-end marketing.The ideal candidate will be willing to serve as an individual contributor initially but have a desire to work towards additional responsibilities/management.
