McKinley Homes is seeking a Marketing Director to grow with us. Looking for a hands-on experienced professional with real estate and new home experience. We are a company growing and this is a long-term opportunity with a good amount of autonomy.
Basic Overview of Marketing Tasks
Manage and lead all marketing for our new home communities.Shape and Maintain Company Website and track its traffic.Work with the graphic designer(s) to create and maintain all collaterals.Analyze and report on traffic and sales trends, primarily digital.Oversee the opening and closing of sales centers and model homes.Prepare the marketing budget.Develop marketing plans for all new and existing communities.Track and proof all-digital, social, and print advertisementsOversee signage strategy including locations, layout and execution.Assist Sales Manager in maintaining marketing materials for the communities.Qualifications
4+ years of traditional and digital marketing experience including social media.Homebuilding, real estate or land development marketing a must.Deep understanding of social media technologies and proper tracking techniques.Strong knowledge of social media dashboards.Ability to assess and analyze advertising metric data (social and website) and make recommendations.Ability to multi-task, recognize deadlines and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.
