We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication Manager to oversee and manage all company communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, CRM management, automated campaigns, and content creation. This role will be pivotal in promoting events, sales, incentive programs, products, business opportunities, and operations. This individual must also communicate in a proactive way, which reflects our company values.This position will oversee and manage external communications for sales, marketing, events, and operations. Creating, managing, and optimizing content across various platforms, including social media, web, blogs, and print content.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the communication calendar to support all team communications and projects, ensuring it is up-to-date and avoids email saturation.

Develop and execute communication strategies to promote company events, sales, incentive programs, products, and business opportunities.

Promote subscription retention and customer product purchases with drip campaigns.

Report weekly email and communication strategy performance metrics.

Oversee CRM management, ensuring effective use of Exigo and HubSpot for targeted marketing efforts.

Design and implement automated email and drip campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

Ensure consistent messaging across email and other channels.

Edit and proofread content for clarity, tone, and accuracy.

Handle crisis communications and coordinate responses.

Manage public relations and media relations, including press releases and media events.

Lead weight loss challenges, conduct research and surveys, and facilitate customer or partner focus group reviews.

Analyze content performance and optimize based on data insights.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Proficiency in Exigo and HubSpot is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience managing CRM communications

1-3 years of experience in communication or public relations roles.

1-5 years of experience in content creation or content management roles.
