DescriptionJob SummaryThe overall purpose of this position is to develop content for Conferences, Events & Experiences digital presence, communications and promotions. The incumbent in this position develops content that supports business strategies to drive engagement, business development and innovation through both the strategic roadmap for the digital presence with the use of existing and new tools and services. The incumbent will develop content for the department's Customer Experience Program including voice to an international clientele. The incumbent will work very closely with business team and develop content for CEE communications channels that harmonizes sometimes divergent structures and timelines for presentation to the external customer base. This position does not have any direct reports.Key Responsibilities

Innovates Content, both written and visual, for CEE WebsiteCreates and Maintains Content for CEE WebsiteRepresents CEE to Internal and External Stakeholders including Digital Innovations, Volunteer Leadership, Vendors and ColleaguesConducts Analysis and evaluation of portal to optimize customer experience and support business developmentDevelops a comprehensive understanding of the CEE roadmap and works to align development to support holistic progress and prioritizes based on strategic objectives.Is responsible for copy writing and editing to meet CEE expectations for voice and visualizationDevelops content for CEE Customer Experience and related programs and communicationsPartners with Leadership team to support the CEE Knowledge Hub and manages content developmentPartners with Leadership team to define merchandising function including vendor selection, pricing and customer experience including copywriting. Executes on the plan.Partners with Leadership team to align and define digital roadmap.Responsible for multiple communications and marketing projects and initiatives.Special projects as assignedRegularly makes presentations and updates to leadership.

QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Concentration in English or Communications preferred. Req

Work Experience

4-7 years digital communications and closely related experience, inclusive of copywriting Req4-7 years project management experience Req4-7 years experience with marketing and event environements Pref

Skills and Requirements

Excellent written and oral communications skills, and ability to prepare and deliver presentations to volunteers and staff at all levelsExcellence in project managementAbility to lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders in a matrix management structure, to mutual agreement.Must possess exceptional attention to detail, and strong timeline/deadline management skills to balance competing priorities.Strong interpersonal, project management and writing skills.Must be a technology savvy knowledge worker who seeks out technology solutions to business challenges and processes.Proficiency in MS Office, Gmail, Google Apps, Constant Contact and social network services.
