This is an opportunity to join a newly formed team at the ground floor, shaping UX strategies for critical business areas.

Required Education and ExperienceProven experience in UX research, ideally within complex operational environments or supply chain systemsStrong background in service design and familiarity with mixed methods researchGeneral Requirements
Ability to translate research findings into clear recommendations that drive measurable outcomesComfortable working with data and analytics to derive insightsExcellent communication skills to effectively convey research findings and recommendations to stakeholdersFlexibility to travel to Atlanta and other distribution centers as requiredEssential Functions
Conduct discovery research to understand customer needs and pain points in the supply chain domain, particularly in areas like ReceivingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize UX improvements and create actionable roadmaps that demonstrate business valueWork closely with distribution center personnel and sales teams to gather insights and validate solutionsUtilize mixed methods research including qualitative and quantitative approaches to inform design decisionsNavigate ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic environmentPerform other tasks as required
