If you have experience and expertise in traditional and digital marketing channels, please read below for more exciting details!Lead, develop, and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotions across a variety of products and business lines to support organizational goals of member growth and retention.Collaborate with internal business leads to identify market opportunities and define strategy and goals in alignment with organization strategic plan.Lead marketing automation software implementation, and leverage tool to develop and manage content and targeting strategies that optimize member journeys and engagement, deepen relationships, and cultivate brand loyalty and retention.In partnership with in-house marketing analyst, establish, report and improve upon KPIs for member campaigns, programs and segments.Support and request content creation for a variety of channels and target audiences from print to digital (website, branch TVs, email, digital banking platform, etc.)Here is what we are looking for:
Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing. Two years of equivalent work experience can substitute for every one year of education.5+ years of product marketing for a financial services company.Experience with implementation and management of marketing automation tools is required.A minimum of five years of financial industry experience (bank, credit union or fintech) with a deep understanding of marketing retail banking/financial services products and services. Experience working in agile framework a plus.Excellent project and time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Base Pay/Salary:
$85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is
$85,000.00 - $115,000.00 . Actual bases pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
