Job Overview

The Graphic Designer in this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop designs that meet business needs and communicate brand, customer, channel, and operational messages effectively. This role leverages brand guidelines across all of the Coca-Cola Consolidated distributed brands to develop both print and digital point of sale for our customers and consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, as well as experience in design process, asset management and team collaboration.

Duties & Responsibilities

Produces design content across all marketing program needs including but not limited to print point of sale, digital advertising, social media, email etc.Create visual concepts for print & digital point of sale to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate customers and shoppers.Ability to work within brand guidelines across all distributed brands and other branded concepts throughout the company.Streamline work process and builds design solutions to meet project needs and make recommendations for improving existing systems and processesMaintain a strong understanding of design trends, tools, and technologiesKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Proficient in Adobe Software Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Creative Cloud, After Effects, Premiere, Lightroom). Figma, Sketch and Canva a plus.Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout designExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExcellent time management skills; demonstrates the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects ensuring that deadlines are met and design quality is maintainedAttention to detail and a commitment to quality design that aligns with brand standardsContinuously streamlining, developing, and creating materials to support channel team needs.Minimum Qualifications

Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college or technical schoolKnowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experiencePreferred Qualifications

1-3 years of experience as a Graphic DesignerAssociate or Bachelors Degree with focus on Graphic Design
