Job DescriptionBrandStar Digital
is seeking applicants for the position of Project Manager to lead and support client projects of our creative and digital agency. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple client projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, account management, and production, while maintaining client satisfaction through effective communication and project management practices.
Specific responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources required, and budget.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and revise plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for account managers/client success team on project management related matters.Manage client expectations and ensure delivery of solutions that meet their objectives.As needed, attend regular meetings and communication sessions to keep clients informed of project status and address any issues proactively.Team Collaboration and Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and production, to ensure smooth project execution.Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing.Motivate team members to deliver their best work and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.Budget and Resource Management:
Develop project budgets and manage financial aspects including resource allocation, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to senior management for resolution.Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring proper documentation and communication.Quality Assurance and Project Delivery:
Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet agency and client standards.Facilitate project reviews and post-mortems to capture lessons learned and improve future project processes.

Experience and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fieldProven experience as a Project Manager in an advertising agency or similar environment.PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus.Strong understanding of advertising campaign development and execution processes.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.Experience managing projects inside project management toolsets, Workamajig preferredKnowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance.Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Job BenefitsBrandStar offers a variety of benefits to all full-time employees including:
