Summary
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Knowledge Graph Intelligence team, which focuses on developing technical applications for investment operations. You should have a demonstrated track record of designing successful products within the financial services industry and be able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and end-users.
What you'll doExecute the design process for new features and improvements, from concept to delivery, for our suite of investment applications.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that adhere to and contribute to our design system.Advocate for UX best practices and contribute to a culture of design thinking and customer-centricity within the team.Measure and analyze user engagement with the product to identify opportunities for improvement.Stay abreast of UX trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team to foster innovation.What's required
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design, particularly in the context of web applications for financial services or similar complex domains.At least 4 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering user-centric solutions in an agile development environment.Demonstrate proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.Passionate about understanding the needs of users and have experience conducting user research and usability testing.A degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.Commitment to the highest ethical standards.We take care of our people
