This role will involve collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop and execute visually compelling designs, concept ideation, and creative presentations aimed at engaging both current and potential customers, while also supporting corporate initiatives and internal branding efforts. This

$55,000-$60,000/year!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver day-to-day creative briefs, marketing presentations, and concepts by integrating creative design and visual elements.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create vivid storytelling through compelling visuals and design for both proactive and reactive projects.
Use design expertise to generate innovative ideas, source packaging, and create print and/or digital marketing collateral that align with project objectives.
Create and edit videos for external and internal communications.
Produce and maintain visually appealing print and digital content for our website, social media channels, and internal and external communication projects.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the beauty or fragrance industry is a plus, but not required.Qualifications:
2-4 years of Graphic Design experience.
Demonstrated ability to avoid frequent job changes.
Strong attention to detail, especially regarding spelling and grammar on resumes.
A distinctive and creative resume is highly valued.
A portfolio showcasing previous work is highly desirable.
