As a member of Cloud Software Group's Creative team, the candidate would be responsible for the public face of the brand and maintaining brand standards for each of Cloud Software Group's business units. Projects will consist primarily of art production of event graphics (booth and stage), print advertising, marketing collateral (whitepapers and datasheets), and digital marketing assets like social banners and ads. In this creative role, you may be responsible for the following kinds of tasks:Brainstorm and mockup design ideas.
Work independently and manage individual projects to completion.
Present ideas to internal clients: ranging from Product Marketing Managers to Events Managers
Work alongside the content teams: coordinate projects, and adjust designs and concepts to fit corporation needs and direction.
Projecting production and creation schedules.
Working under tight deadlines, and jumping between projects, even within one day.
Set realistic timelines for work completion.
This role requires strong:Artistic SensibilityKnowledge about design elements, such as color and composition is vital for graphic designers. Artistic ability and creativity are essential.Technical SkillExpert in the following design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Proficient in the following presentation programs: Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, and Google SlidesCommunication AbilityThe ability to effectively present ideas-verbally and visually-is crucial to communicating your ideas and collaborating with internal staff to achieve a high-quality end product.Problem-Solving AbilityChoose the right fonts, colors, and elements to create a balanced and on-brand composition for multiple business units, while simultaneously conveying meaning. To succeed in this role, you'll need to have strong problem-solving skills and love a good challenge.Attention to DetailThis role requires you to vigilantly ensure all feedback has been correctly incorporated during the revision process.Nice to haveMotion graphic skills for animated social ads
