So how can you contribute as part of the ShareFile team? We are searching for someone who can help us make a little magic for our customers and their clients every day. We want someone who is highly organized and can manage both large-scale cross-functional marketing programs as well as integrated efforts across various marketing channels. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful planning, execution, and optimization of marketing projects that align with our business objectives.This includes:Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of large-scale marketing programs and initiatives from inception to completion.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (including but not limited to business leadership, product marketing, sales) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Foster collaboration and communication among team members to ensure alignment and efficiency in project execution.

Drive integrated marketing campaigns that encompass a mix of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and more.

Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.

Prepare regular status reports, project updates, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.

Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.

Proficient use of ClickUp for task and project management, including setting up workflows, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and generating reports as needed.

Basic Qualifications:Minimum 5-8 years years experience required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Robust experience with project management tools, preferably Click Up required

Proven experience in project management within a marketing or advertising agency, or in-house marketing team.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with marketing organizations

Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles and practices.
