Job Summary:

Supports Langley’s overall marketing strategy through the development, implementation, and management of various marketing initiatives across different channels that align with member needs and contribute to the business's growth. Plays a pivotal role using a diverse skillset to drive Langley’s marketing efforts forward. Collaborates with internal business partners such as Deposits, Consumer Lending, Mortgage, Commercial Lending, Digital Banking, Investments, and Insurance to drive desired business outcomes.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Familiarizes self with Langley’s mission, vision, and operational procedures to deliver strategies and content that are aligned with the organization.Develops marketing plans with internal business partners, including defining business objectives, promotional offers, target audience, product messaging, required assets, and timeline.Writes compelling content that resonates with the target audience for various marketing assets.Implements and manages multiple marketing campaigns across various channels to generate sales leads and achieve defined objectives.Monitors campaign performance through analytical tools, including Google Analytics, to make data-driven adjustments and achieve marketing goals.Generates, analyzes, and presents reports on campaign KPIs and success metrics to internal business partners.Assists with analyzing internal member data and market trends to segment audiences effectively and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.Collaborates with cross-functional team members to provide direction on marketing initiatives and align with overall business objectives.Organizes and maintains marketing records, including asset approvals, marketing plans, and department-related databases.Posts and manages internal communications through Langley’s intranet portal.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related fieldTwo to five years of marketing-related experience required, including:Ability to use creativity and strategic thinking to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.Proficiency in marketing fundamentals, including content writing, marketing strategy, audience targeting, market research, email marketing, brand messaging, and analytics.Experience with marketing tools, like Google Analytics.Ability to analyze campaign data and deliver strategic insights on metrics

Strong written and verbal communication skills for content writing, collaboration with cross-departmental teams, and executive presentations.Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and projects.Intermediate skills with project management systems (e.g., Jira) and knowledge of financial products and services are a plus.Competencies:
