SUMMARY:
Reporting to and under general direction of the Vice President, Marketing, the Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for developing and enhancing automations within HubSpot; acting as the product owner of Empeople’s HubSpot instance; and working closely with data and analytics teams to mature marketing automation and reporting capabilities.
This critical role on the marketing team will partner closely with data and analytics, sales, business development, deposit, and lending teams to identify opportunities for automation; build all marketing and communications automations within HubSpot; and work closely with the Marketing Strategist and data team to build robust campaign reporting. This individual will also act as the owner of the MCIF.
The Marketing Automation Manager is also responsible for developing and reporting on the success of A/B and MVT test plans; building segmentations and lists; and partnering closely with the rest of the marketing team to share insights and drive improvements to creative, targeting, and messaging.
A successful incumbent will be comfortable with and experienced in developing and driving marketing automation and segmentation strategies; will be highly collaborative and team-oriented; be skilled at managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization; and operate with a data-driven approach.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Complete and mature HubSpot implementation, in partnership with internal and external teams.
Develop emails in HubSpot.
Develop automations including segmented new member welcome, credit card welcome, and financial education lead nurturing.
Develop HubSpot maturity plan.
Create persona-based automations around financial guidance and products/services.
Work with data and analytics team to enhance data extract into HubSpot, including addition of third-party data and behavioral data appends.
Develop marketing automation strategy that aligns with business goals.
Identify and create automations within HubSpot, including onboarding, activation, retention, usage, behavior-based triggers, and more.
Work closely with data and business intelligence teams to enhance HubSpot data extract and facilitate end-to-end campaign reporting.
Develop HubSpot landing pages and forms.
Develop and execute plan to broaden automation to include in-app messaging, push notifications and SMS/texting, in addition to email.
Work closely with VP, Marketing, Marketing Strategist, data analytics, BI, and sales teams to develop audience segments.
Manage opt-ins and opt-outs and work closely with data and member services teams to develop process for managing opt-outs globally
Meet regularly with HubSpot rep to ensure HubSpot implementation is updated and best-in-class; leverage all features of HubSpot that will be useful to the credit union.
Work with agency partners and internal teams to visualize HubSpot data in Power BI and ensure integration between HubSpot and Google Analytics (GA4).
Manage HubSpot database.
Participate in change management meetings.
Act as product owner of HubSpot, ensuring instance remains up-to-date.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of experience.
Proficient in HubSpot.
Financial services (banking or credit union) or experience working in a regulated industry (healthcare, insurance, etc.) preferred.
Experience sourcing and working with HubSpot-certified partners.
Deep experience building, maintaining, and reporting on email automations.
Proficient in HubSpot database management and ensuring list hygiene.
Highly collaborative self-starter.
License or Certification:

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $87,000-$130,500
