Job Description:
The Broadcom Automation Team is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced marketing operations manager to help us grow our business through dedicated marketing campaigns, content syndication and sales plays.
Do you want to work hard with smart and talented product marketers, product managers, and sales teams every day? Do you excel under tight deadlines and thrive when things get complex? The Product Marketing Manager will be critical in helping to drive revenue growth by establishing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable processes that support our marketing programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing operations and experience with marketing analytics. Responsibilities include:
Administer our marketing campaign and sales play stack (Hubspot, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google analytics, etc.)
Optimize processes to support demand generation and campaign management.
Maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards in Hubspot
Conduct post-mortem campaign analyses.
Manage digital and social media measurement, and present insights and recommendations based on data.
Work with our PR agency to promote thought leadership and improve awareness.
Help design and implement event promotions including Virtual Summits, webinars and other customer outreach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's and 12+ years of marketing operations experience in a B2B company
5+ years of experience performing marketing analytics reports, analyzing results, generating insights, and making strategic recommendations to advance the overall marketing and sales strategy.
Excellent communication skills and a drive to improve processes.
Excellent writing skills to create web copy, ads, and other written communications.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with the administration and development of Hubspot for campaigns, webinars and other events
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Nice to have: Experience using Zoominfo or other intent data platforms to provide data gathering for specific campaigns and sales teams.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $185,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
