General Purpose/Summary of Job
:
This graphic design role supports all departments of the Company, spearheading the creation of branded marketing materials. This business-to-business role will have a keen understanding of the real estate industry, provide market research and analysis support, provide targeted marketing material direction and participate in internal meetings and manage agencies.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
:
Manage simultaneous rebranding projects including conception, design and execution alongside internal marketing colleaguesCustomize leasing materials across entire portfolio for prospective tenantsArt direction of customized renderings and geographic mappingTrack trends in the industryConduct demographic analysis and lead research effortsJob Qualifications:
Graphic design background requiredProficiency and strong working knowledge of desktop publishing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) on PCBasic video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar, desired but not mandatory.Familiarity with mass email platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsBe able to work independently and make decisions within the duties of the positionExceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlinesReal Estate and Architectural background preferredEd

Bachelor Degree3+ years experience in related fieldEnvironment

The starting base salary for this New York positionis expected to bebetween $65,000 to $85,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
