Title: Senior Social Coordinator

Reports to: Manager of Social Media Advertising

Job Summary:The Senior Social Coordinator position aids in the creation, implementation, and optimization of social media campaigns across a range of platforms to drive client objectives. They also have the opportunity to develop and implement new strategies, train and mentor junior team members, and contribute to the overall success of ad campaigns.

Overview:

Manage a portfolio of 30+ social clients, coordinating and overseeing campaign build and analyzing performance.Work closely with the Social Advertising Team Lead to align campaign performance and strategies with client goals.Monitor and analyze Facebook performance metrics and Google Analytics Data.Works collaboratively with other team members and communicates effectively with Account Team to ensure consistent branding and performance standards.Provide leadership and guidance to Social Media Coordinators, assisting with problem-solving and sharing knowledge to enhance overall team performance.Stay up to date with current trends in social media and performance and reporting tools.Works closely with Analytics Team to gain access to new client accounts to ensure a seamless transition.Monitor budgets and analyze key metrics to tweak campaign strategy as needed.Contribute to creative content development processes where required.Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field is appreciated, but not necessary; we value relevant experience as well.Proven work experience as a Paid Social Coordinator or a similar role.Hands on experience managing social media ads platforms and a working knowledge of Meta's Ads ManagerExcellent problem-solving skills to handle complex platform issues.Strong attention to detail, scheduling, and organization.Knowledge in Google Sheets and GA4 preferred.FB Blueprint Certification is a plus.Automotive industry knowledge is a plus.Spanish speaking is highly preferred

This position works full-time at our office in Birmingham, Alabama.
