Job Summary

Do you have a passion for cars? How is that apartment search going? The Ad Ops team is looking for their next rockstar Ad Ops Coordinator working on the iconic Honda and CoStar brands. You can be part of the Honda team that is transforming how we are creating personalized ads based on real-time data. On the CoStar team, you will be working on innovative solutions in the commercial real estate industry. We seek minds that enjoy and are comfortable with technology (i.e. coding, websites, tagging). Individuals who have an earnest curiosity to problem solve and will help maintain data that are compliant with privacy laws. A natural collaborator who enjoys working with others, is organized, and is flexible to accommodate sudden changes while collaborating with media teams, account teams, and vendors to implement and oversee digital ad campaigns.

What You'll Be Working On

Owning the trafficking process from start to finish, ensuring to Q/A all assets to ensure they are to spec, and pulling reporting to ensure campaign effectivenessWorking with Digital Marketing Platforms such as CM360 and with 4th party vendors such as IAS, Comscore, Millward Brown, Nielsen, JD Power, etc.Work with various DCO vendors: Innervate, Doubleclick Dynamic, Flashtalking, etc. to traffic out dynamic assets according to campaign KPIsCoordinate with external partners, creative agencies, and internal teams to ensure the timely launch of campaignsMaintain and steward the trafficking process and timelines, and develop an understanding of the time required per task.Working with internal teams to strategize floodlight placement on the websitesQA site tags in staging and live environment to ensure they are firing on the sites by leveraging web debugging toolsTagging maintenance and upkeep, tracking removal dates for all tags,Troubleshoot any campaign issuesHow You'll Excel In Your Role

Compensation

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 an hour, which is the equivalent of $36,400 gross pay a year.
