In the role of

eCommerce Customer Marketing Manager

working in

Chicago, IL , you will be part of the Digital team. The CMM will lead the annual marketing planning process and execution for key 3P and Pure Play customers in North America. Additionally, this role will lead projects that accelerate Molson Coors eCommerce business strategies and priorities across retail classes of trade, and cross functional groups. You will be a key contributor to developing the eCommerce practice at Molson Coors and influencing how the organization evolves its go to market capabilities.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing - eCommerce and works closely with sales, brand marketing, shopper marketing, and other cross-functional teams

The Responsibilities:Lead the annual Customer Marketing planning process for 3rd party and Pureplay Retailers across North AmericaDevelop omnichannel customer marketing programs rooted in shopper insights and an understanding of market dynamics to address key customer/shopper needsBuild eCommerce capabilities and partnerships with emerging eCommerce platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) to advance organizational strategiesLead critical eCommerce strategic project initiatives to advance Molson Coors market share in online beerUnderstand national brand strategies and programs to tailor to your retailers' needs based on business prioritiesManage annual media budget and partner with agency to develop onsite and offsite media plans based on campaign objectivesPlan and execute bespoke programming for MCBC's portfolio of brands from agency briefing, creative development and execution; develop best practices based on learningsAnalyze eCom sales data and paid media performance metrics for monthly and quarterly business reporting to drive actionable insights and inform real-time optimizationsBuild deep, collaborative, strategic partnerships with your retailers' eCommerce teams and sales counterpartBe an eCommerce subject matter expert to cross functional teams to build organizational eCommerce capabilitiesManage agency scope including building annual scope plan requirementsThe Other Qualifications:

You have at least 5 years' experience in CPG eCommerce and / or marketing; Instacart experience is preferredExperience building and executing omnichannel shopper marketing plans executed throughout the path to purchase, with emphasis on digital shoppable media (paid search, retail media networks, social, etc.)Highly proficient in data analysis and category management tools (IRI, Nielsen, Google Analytics, etc.)You love a challenge - you complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business prioritiesYou act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategyYou thrive in ambiguity and can demonstrate success without all the answers or dataYou have a strong bias for action - you identify a problem, understand prioritization, and mobilize to solve itYou are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and developmentYou are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style, and you can equally execute ideas given to youWork Perks that You Need to Know About:
