In this role, you will be responsible for the paid search and paid social media programs to enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and grow our customer base. This role needs a diverse skill set to succeed in driving effective strategies, managing spend, engaging audiences, and achieving business objectives.
This is an in-office position located in VA Beach, VA and the salary will be $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement paid search and social media campaigns and strategies to drive traffic and generate leadsContribute to social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms to build brand awareness and loyaltyConduct keyword research and optimize website content for search enginesAnalyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics toolsCollaborate with the creative team to design and launch digital advertisements and campaignsUtilize marketing research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growthAdditional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:Proven experience in digital marketing or related fieldsProficiency in using digital marketing tools and platformsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPhotography skills a plusStrong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing toolsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentCreative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideasSelf starter, willing to identify creative opportunities and execute them
