This pivotal role demands a creative marketer poised to craft overarching marketing strategies and transform these into comprehensive campaigns, leveraging cutting-edge online and offline marketing approaches. Are you ready to make your mark?What You'll Do:Spearhead marketing for select titles, becoming the vital liaison amongst publishers, editors, publicists, the sales force, and authors.Design and execute expansive, fully-integrated marketing campaigns targeting both consumers and the industry at large.

Analyze campaign outcomes to fine-tune future marketing endeavors.

Collaborate with Creative Services on marketing and sales materials that make an impact.

Engage with our vibrant social media community across various platforms.

Drive email marketing initiatives, enhancing audience engagement and content delivery.

Innovate audience development and execution strategies.

Offer marketing insights during acquisition proposal discussions.

Manage budgets for individual titles, ensuring optimal use of resources.

Represent the imprints at consumer and trade conferences, boosting brand visibility.

What You'll Bring:A profound understanding of book marketing, with a spotlight on YA literature.

Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, working both independently and within a team.

Excellent communication skills, ensuring effective dialogue with authors, team members, and stakeholders.

A solid grasp of digital marketing trends and social media savvy.

An eagerness to adopt new technologies and methodologies as required.

Ideal Experience & Education:3-5 years of book publishing marketing experience.

A career foundation in publishing is essential.
