Riverlink is looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing who can help drive sales and marketing efforts to enhance company profitability. The ideal candidate would be a leader in revenue and margin growth initiatives, working closely with the Sales team. Develops strategic sales plans and supply chain partnerships to boost sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute sales strategy in alignment with company goals.Lead, coach, and mentor Sales Representatives for high performance.Monitor sales metrics, forecast performance, and adjust strategies as needed.Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure seamless customer experience.Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions for informed decision-making.Utilize sales enablement tools to enhance productivity and customer experience.Requirements:Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills, while managing large teams.Demonstrated adaptability and ability to meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Knowledge of competitive products and markets.Experience in distribution, sales, packaging, or paper industry preferred.PEACE BEGINS WITH A SMILE – Mother Teresa
