About Hollywood Park Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space. Home to the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl LVI Champion Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium is the host of world-renowned sporting events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022, College Football Playoff National Championship game 2023, WrestleMania 2023, World Cup 2026, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympics in 2028. Adjacent to the stadium and under the same roof canopy is a 2.5-acre open-air plaza, American Airlines Plaza, and the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater. The Motion Designer and Editor will be responsible for graphic design, animating, video editing and producing for SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park reporting to the Production Manager and Motion designer. Technical implementation and production of elements for features, embedded video or video board related content for the Los Angeles Rams, Los Angeles Chargers and all SoFi Stadium events. Create and design motion graphics & edits for various digital video displays and digital media platformsCreate 2D and 3D motion graphics animations for videos and digital experiencesDesign style frames, build storyboards, animate and composite videosProvide design support for internal requests, major and private eventsCollaborate with sponsorship team to coordinate and schedule playlistCreate and organize sponsorship playlist for major and private eventsWork with the Xpression Designer and Programmer to deliver play summariesDevelop a schedule to present sponsorship content and meeting obligationsResponsible for quality control for all aspects of graphic and video productionWork on multiple projects concurrently, meet demanding review schedules, and balance time constraintsAct as co-lead when initiatives call for motion design/video production expertise and stewardshipWe'd Love to Hear From People With...

Bachelor's Degree emphasis in motion design, video editing and/or post-production3-5 years' work experience in video and live production3-5+ years in motion design, title design and/or motion graphics (sports, events, studio, agency or freelance)Strong expertise in motion design and animation platforms (After Effects, Cinema 4D)Knowledge of transcoding various raw formatted videoAdvanced knowledge of non-linear editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Avid)Ability to self-manage and organize project workloads around tight and demanding deadlinesMust be highly collaborative and able to maintain creative excellence in a fast-paced, ever changing landscapeKnowledge of live production and video control room technology a big plusKnowledge of Ross Xpression as run logStrong oral and written communication skillsFlexible in working hours including nights, weekends and holidays when neededKnowledge of the following equipment a bonus:

Hollywood Park considers a candidate's education, certification, prior experience, as well as internal and external data when determining the salary level for potential new employees. Only in exceptional circumstances, if an external candidate has the experience, credentials, or expertise far exceeding what is expected for the position, would Hollywood Park consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
