The Enterprise UX Technical Designer is part of the team responsible for ensuring quality end-user experience (UX) for all employees at ICE and all its subsidiary businesses through the creation of clear and concise communications, technical documentation and the development of applications and workflows aimed at reducing digital friction. The position requires the ability to center user experience within technological workflow design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design excellent user experiences across ICE's enterprise digital platforms.

ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and elegant end-user experiences for enterprise applications and workflows via corporate systems integrations.Design, develop, and maintain conversational/experience APIs within ICE's bot, focusing on usability, scalability, and innovation.Coordinate with stakeholders and enterprise corporate systems admins to design intelligent solutions which optimize utility, productivity and data optimization for internal support teams.Communicate with enterprise-wide stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions on all projects.Create technical process documentation for internal processes and end user support.Ensure all integrations meet exacting standards for security and IT change management.Knowledge and Experience

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global company.Proven experience in building and managing APIs and integrations.Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools, including SharePoint sites and applications.Understanding of IT change management and security practice, system configurations, and API management practices.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).Preferred

Excellent writing and communication skillsUnderstanding of user experience design tenets and information architecture

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.
