You turn trends, insights and odd nuggets you soak up-be it from the history books or Reddit-into ideas that earn the attention of the target audience through earned, paid, social and beyond.

You may or may not have "creative" in your current job title, but you bring contagious optimism to any assignment and are never short on bringing disruptive ideas to the table-and inspire others to do the same. Free-range thinking and blank-slate ideating are places you flourish. And you can easily adapt and thrive to a creative brief that is more in tune with the ever-changing Internet than classic marketing case studies.

Egoless and collaborative, your approach meshes well with all types of disciplines-from PR, advertising, social, experiential and technology. No matter who your teammates are around the table, you lean in and are comfortable architecting ideas with the potential to clear the highest earned creative bar. And the bigger one beyond that: driving results for clients.

Where you have worked is not as important as the kind of work you're destined to create. Resilience to crack the toughest creative codes is a must.

Work that has generated massive cultural talk value, even better.A portfolio or background that demonstrates versatility across a number of industries, consumer goods to B-to-B; as well as different mediums, from social to experiential.An appreciation for craft-be it PR, storytelling, copy, art or more.
