Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our design team. The UX Designer will beresponsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. This rolerequires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability tocollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.• Develop user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to communicate design concepts.• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design solutions.• Collaborate with product managers, UI designers, and developers to implement user-centereddesigns.• Conduct heuristic evaluations and provide actionable recommendations to improve usability.• Ensure that designs are accessible and meet industry standards.• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.• Stay current with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalentexperience.• 5+ years of experience in UX design.• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.• Familiarity with Agile development processes.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with UI design and front-end development.• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
