Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Content Product Manager to help grow our digital collectible mobile apps. As a Content Product Manager, you will oversee content planning and strategy for one of the Topps mobile apps. You will manage a team of Content Producers, and work alongside other Product Managers, Designers, and Community Managers to help drive growth in the Topps Sports & Entertainment Apps!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A passion for pop culture and entertainment, particularly WWE and similar properties. You have a connection to the fandom and a collector's mindset. You have a passion and thorough knowledge of all parts of the WWE portfolio. You also have a good grasp of what is current and popular among the WWE community in general and stay up to date with the latest news so that you can create content that speaks to the fandom.

REQUIRED SKILLSGreat planning ability. You will be creating a content roadmap for the entire year, and will oversee the proper and timely execution of the releases on this roadmap.Strong organizational skills. You will be managing multiple concurrent projects, each in various stages of development. You will be responsible for coordinating the producers and designers on your team to meet deadlines and ensure that all content releases go off without a hitch.Great collaborator. You are a team player capable of clear and constant communication. With shifting deadlines and priorities everyone needs to be on the same page and you keep your team updated on your project statuses and are ready to pivot when needs change.Fast Learner. You can take high-level objectives and find unique solutions that help the team achieve its goals.DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Hand on the pulse of the industry: Extensive passion and knowledge of the collectibles market and the collector experience. Ability to use this knowledge to find opportunities to serve collectors in the Topps mobile apps and beyond.Content pipeline management: Oversee content development process from raw asset gathering to design production to partner approval to release to end user. Understand the time and resources sunk into each step in the process and balance these factors to achieve a sustainable content plan.Content Strategy: Set the parameters for all content releases including timing, pricing and structure. Understand how different strategies achieve different results and use this knowledge to hit revenue objectives.Management of the Content Experience: You will drive the collector experience in your app, from how the store is organized to the schedule of content releases. You will balance monetization goals with engagement events to drive growth in your app in a sustainable way.Partner Relationship Management: You will be the face of the app when meeting with partners. You are able to clearly present results and pitch new app ideas for approval. You ensure that we are adhering to guidelines established by partners for the use of their content.QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive knowledge of collectibles markets, especially in trading cards. Passion and interest in WWE including current and past events and up-and-coming WWE Superstars and storylines.3-5 years of professional experience in content development, project management or product management.Strong understanding of basic sales and marketing principles including cohort targeting, customer lifetime value, and pricing strategyExperience working on mobile games or mobile entertainment platforms a plusFamiliarity with Confluence, JIRA or other task management tools a plus

The salary range for this position is $78,000- $90,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

About the Team

Fanatics Collectibles is a leading licensor, producer, designer, and seller of physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets for entertainment and sports properties globally, as well as a manufacturer of physical and digital trading cards. It has secured exclusive licensing arrangements with major national professional sports leagues, including the MLB, NFL and the NBA, and related players associations, to produce physical and digital trading cards and other collectibles.

Fanatics Collectibles also has partnerships with a number of individual international sports teams and leagues, as well as owners of other entertainment properties granting similar exclusive rights. Fanatics Collectibles recently announced Fanatics Live, expected to launch later in 2023, which will focus on transforming the digital shopping experience through personality-driven content and entertainment.
