DescriptionPosition Summary:
Credit One Bank is looking for a career-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Communications team. The Graphic Designer III reports to the Senior Manager, Creative Services, and is responsible for taking print and digital creative projects from concept to completion with some direction and guidance. The ideal candidate is a team player that closely collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop, design, and launch campaigns that support the brand voice and strategy.Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Partner and collaborate with internal clients and business leaders across the organization to design effective marketing campaigns across all internal and external channels while adhering to the Bank's mission, vision, and valuesFollow brand guidelines and act as a steward of the brandResponsible for the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of creative materialsDevelop and execute design solutions that are fresh, innovative, and market-drivenExplore and implement emerging technologies, design trends, and techniquesPresent creative concepts, strategy, and rationale to all levels of the organization in a meeting or group settingUtilize project management system and processes to maintain efficient and organized delivery of creative assetsComfortable supporting multichannel campaign development as well as production-style projectsPerform other duties as assignedPosition Requirements:
Full time attendance on-site (Las Vegas)Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar area of study with a digital portfolio4-6 years of experience working in-house or at an agencyExperience creating work for print and digital (mobile, web, video)Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, integrity, and collaborationExperience with banking or financial services industry a plus, but not required. Must have a transferable skillsetSkills:
Proficiency with Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)Proficient with Microsoft OfficeUnderstand and leverage the fundamentals of graphic design including but not limited to typography, photography, illustration, composition, and color theory – understand design systemsExceptional written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skillsSolution-oriented with creative approach to problem-solvingExcellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, structured environmentCollaborative and productive as a team player while also comfortable working aloneAdaptable to change with ability to inspire business transformation and team camaraderieBalance creativity with business acumenMotion graphics experience preferredExperience with data visualization and Figma a plus, but not required***Please include resume with portfolio link***
