Drive deep relationships with strategic media partners, in collaboration with media agency and internal stakeholders across Centers of Excellence (COEs), to leverage combined spend to maximize partnership benefits and drive the greatest return on ad spend. Minimum- Bachelor's Degree- Any experience building media partnership agreements- 5+ years of experience with media partnerships, and comfort with media technology- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative environment- Excellent oral/written communication skills- Innovative, detail oriented, strong analytical and decision-making skills, results oriented, comfortable with change and complexity; rapid learner- Strong relationship-building and leadership skills, and ability to influence without authority- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Desired- Any experience gaining support for legal, data, and security approvals- Any experience negotiating large-scale, complex media partnerships- Establish and lead strong strategic relationships with industry-leading media publishers and media technology partners to stretch Kroger s media spend, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with Kroger s marketing and media strategy- Collaborate with 84.51 and other internal stakeholders to leverage combined media spend, develop and negotiate integrated partnership agreements to maximize the investment for Kroger- Maintain a business understanding of strategic media partners vision, product updates, business performance, and alignment with Kroger media investment guiding principles- Lead quarterly partnership evaluations, and ongoing review of media landscape to assess strategic partnership needs, with quarterly review of the media investment guiding principles, and recommend changes based on the media landscape- Develop and present media partnership plans, and gain support from key stakeholders, including senior leadership- Maintain responsibility for ongoing regular partnership updates- Lead media technology RFPs, in partnership with agency; responsible for navigating across internal teams to gain the appropriate legal, data, and security approvals, then stewarding for successful implementation- Lead for standing up solutions to enable addressability across all channels and vendors possible- Safeguard Kroger data, adhering to Kroger privacy policy, security and data governance best practices- Manage all assigned projects to ensure they are on track and gaining organizational support and identify and solve for roadblocks; report progress routinely to supervisor; prepare and distribute routine progress reports to department leadership- Inform stakeholders of industry trends and innovations, and present to various stakeholders within the organization- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
