Our client, a venture backed startup in the photography industry is looking for a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager to join their growing team. They empowers creativity and productivity through a full suite of cloud-based, AI-powered software and premium print lab products for professional photographers.Founded in the heart of Silicon Valley in 2012, they have built the most cutting-edge technology platform integrated with one of the biggest premium in-house print lab offerings. The integration of a fully customized software suite with lab products makes them the industry-first, all-in-one solution for professional photographers. To date, they have served more than 1.4 million customers in over 40 countries around the world, and this number is growing fast.They have a global presence, with their U.S. office is based in San Jose, CA and their product development, design, R&D, and manufacturing teams are located in Asia. With both B2C and B2B product offerings, they are looking for a seasoned all round marketer to help them reach new audiences across all target markets. This person will lead the strategy and executions for their new SaaS photography platform.This role will be full-time, onsite at our client's San Jose office.Key Responsibilities:Define market positioning within the professional photography software platform spaceCraft compelling product positioning, messaging, and user experience for various product apps and bundles offerings with the product management teamDevelop marketing content, including web pages, videos, creatives, tutorials, FAQs and assist channel marketers with creatives, blogs, social media content.Lead go-to-market process to support new product launches and ongoing marketing effortsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, marketing, analytics, and customer support to influence product development and ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product improvementsOrchestrate educational programs (webinars, content marketing campaigns, in person events, product demos, trade shows) that inspire our target audience and help facilitate product education and trialsConduct customer interviews and gather feedback to understand pain points and customer needs, which can inform product development and marketing strategiesDeliver product analytics to identify opportunities to optimize user flow, including free trials starts and conversions, engagement and retention, and customer lifetime valueCoordinate with the product team to implement on-site and off-site SEO best practices to maximize organic trafficGrow revenues for newly launched software by focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetizationImprove product roadmaps by serving as the voice of the customerRequirements:5 years of product marketing experience with demonstrated success in growing new products from scratch, taking products from zero to oneA deep understanding of SaaS, targeting small/medium businesses or prosumers, user flow, optimization, and monetizationStrong analytical skills with a bias towards data and KPIsMotivation to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentCreative problem solving skillsAbility to diagnose problems, isolate them into actionable tactics, and drive towards creative solutionsExcellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendationsA passion to learn or keep up with the AI spaceInterest in photography, graphic design, and arts is a plusPast experience working in a dynamic, global team environment is a plusBase salary:
