Digital Marketing Delivery Specialist
to join their team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll help fuel growth across delivery platforms—both third-party and owned—by optimizing visibility, driving performance, and executing impactful promotional strategies. If you're a data-savvy digital marketer with a passion for operational efficiency and a knack for turning insight into action, this is your chance to work with a powerhouse brand that serves millions every day. What You’ll Be Doing: Identify and implement opportunities to increase visibility, conversion, and sales across third-party platforms (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats) and owned delivery channels. Evaluate current delivery funnel performance and recommend enhancements based on data and customer behavior. Oversee Delivery Operations Support day-to-day delivery logistics, ensuring smooth order flow, accurate listings, and consistent platform uptime. Partner with internal teams to address operational issues and streamline backend processes. Execute Promotions & Drive Profitability Assist in the execution, monitoring, and tracking of delivery promotions, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule. Support the development of revenue-driving strategies across digital delivery, working closely with aggregator partners and internal stakeholders. Analyze delivery channel data, campaign performance, and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights. Build performance reports and optimization recommendations that guide strategy and highlight wins. Proactively identify and implement improvements that simplify the delivery experience for customers while increasing operational efficiency. Serve as a cross-functional bridge between marketing, operations, analytics, and tech to ensure alignment and execution. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years
of experience in
eCommerce or Digital Marketing , ideally within QSR, retail, or platform-driven businesses. Data-driven mindset with a strong track record of
measuring performance and driving results . Comfortable owning
partner and vendor relationships
(aggregators, internal teams, etc.). Ability to juggle multiple projects at once without compromising quality or speed.
