senior manager, Enterprise Communications From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others. Our Partner Communications team is responsible for informing, engaging and inspiring Starbucks partners (employees) in ways that support our mission, values, and impact globally, while providing end-to-end communications for our stores, Seattle support center, and regional offices. With more than 400,000 Starbucks partners around the world, we have high aspirations for the future and want to ensure our partners feel informed, engaged, and inspired for the journey ahead. As a senior communications manager, you will: Drive strategic, multi-channel employee communications campaigns that elevate our most critical brand, benefits, sustainability, community, and policy initiatives at an enterprise level.
