Come join Visa to be the steward of one on the leading Brands in the world. As Marketing Manager for Partnerships and Entertainment, you will be on charge of developing and implementing marketing proposals to drive business result. This role will be responsible to ensure flawless Partnership and Entertainment Strategies for Visa and its clients as well to develop end-to-end marketing execution, analyzing and interpreting data to provide insight and support strategic business decisions. This role will also be responsible for supporting the development of scalable solutions to our clients and process associated to new partnerships.Essential FunctionsCollaborate with other Entertainment Marketing program leads in different regions to implement consistent strategies across regions and exchange global best practices.

Work with different areas and marketing teams to ensure flawless executions and smooth communications.

Execute programs for a portfolio of events/experiences throughout the year. Manage programs according to playbooks provided by global leads and act as the main point of contact for your region.

Implement events/experiences for a range of projects over the year. Create guidelines and best practices from global and local leads and be the main liaison for the LAC region.

Measure and track the outcomes of the programs, including reporting, analysis, and interpretation of trends. Leverage the positive impact of the programs and continuously enhance the future proposals and programs.

Manage marketing projects and end to end campaigns on behalf of clients, developing strategies in a manner that drives revenue growth for the business.

Being on top with the latest trends and changes in the industry. Analyze data to help shape future marketing strategies.

Build best-in-class co-marketing plans that support business goals for both Visa and its clients.

Experience working with different type of stakeholders, including agencies, clients, and multifunctional teams.

Evolve digital marketing for clients seeking for new opportunities of growth and innovation, bringing Visa's knowledge and expertise to top clients.

Ensure compliance and process correctness of marketing department adhere to Visa key controls and brand standards.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications

Basic Qualifications5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred QualificationsA minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in: Marketing, Experiential and innovation. Specifically proven experience as Experiential and Entertainment Marketing manager or similar roleBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, communication, design, or related areas.At least 3 years of experience in Entertainment Marketing.Knowledge of current music industry landscape and passion for live music.Must be detailed-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through.Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities.Strong persuasion and sales skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and tech platforms.An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end and Proven experience in client facing interactions, engaging with clients and stakeholders from different countries within the Latin America region preferable.Innovation-driven mindset, digitally curious, up-to-date with digital and entertainment industry trends.Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.Additional Information

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
