Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for Paid Search & Shopping to join our growing in-house digital marketing team. This position's primary responsibilities include daily management and execution for Paid Search & Shopping through data driven tactical optimizations as well as assisting with relevant product feed updates, internal reporting, budget pacing and forecasts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and execute all aspects of PPC campaigns for Search & Shopping including keyword research, campaign buildouts, ad creation, budget pacing and bid management across Google Ads & Bing AdsOptimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score & Impression ShareCompile ad hoc, weekly and monthly reports summarizing performance across Paid Search & Shopping channelsCreate & launch ads for Evergreen & Promotions through Ad Copy, Extensions & Merchant CenterAudit & optimize product feeds as needed in coordination with ecommerce and other digital teamsMaintain a healthy product feed through Feedonomics & Google Merchant Center and address any issuesProactively research and execute based on industry changes and competitionParticipate in review, planning and strategy meetingsWork with the key stakeholders across the company to set clear objectives/KPIs, report results and make recommendations for improvementStays knowledgeable of industry standards, new media programs/opportunities and can advise on new ways to reach targetsQUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field3+ years direct experience managing Google Search & Shopping campaigns with budgets exceeding $50,000/monthProficiency with feed platforms such as CommerceHub, Feedonomics, GoDataFeed or DataFeedWatchProficiency with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Google AnalyticsDESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Expert-level knowledge of search and shopping platforms; ability to create, target, and optimize ads across Google, Microsoft & YouTube appropriately.Demonstrated ability to scale digital programs and manage budgets.Passion for social media, digital marketing, and emerging trends/technologyExperience leveraging analytics to draw conclusions and influence existing and future content plans.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and resourceful with no reservations about tackling a tough problem.Entrepreneurial in approach of media buying and able to think outside the box to come up with new solutions to improve the overall media buying efforts.Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Team player who promotes collaboration while also thriving at working independentlyStrong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectivelyAbility to analyze large volumes of dataUnderstanding of marketing metrics including engagement rates, cost per order, ROI, and cost of acquisition.Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPointDeep understanding of Shopping Campaigns from Standard to Smart to Performance MaxYouTube Ads experience preferred
