General Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing various areas of digital marketing initiatives. This versatile role involves supporting multiple aspects of our online presence, including paid advertising, email marketing, analytics and website optimization.

The ideal candidate is deeply committed to their work, driven to succeed and adaptable to the diverse needs of digital marketing. A strong understanding of Google Analytics, excellent time management skills and a willingness to go above and beyond are essential for this position.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various channels.Support the management of paid search, paid social media, and email marketing/SMS campaigns.Analyze data from Google Analytics to guide marketing strategies and provide actionable insights.Responsibility for collecting data, tracking, analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) across areas of earned revenue and attendance.Help optimize website performance and user experience.Contribute to content creation for digital platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure project success.Available to perform updates and address campaign needs on evenings and weekends.Qualifications

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on analytics.Excellent understanding of Google Analytics, including experience with GA4.Familiarity with various digital marketing channels and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Self-motivated and proactive work ethic.Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.High degree of flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Creativity in approaching business challenges.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field (or equivalent experience).Resilience and ability to thrive under pressure.Working Conditions

Flexible work environment with potential for remote work options. Currently hybrid with three designated days in the office. May change due to business needs.May frequently require work outside of regular business hours to meet project needs and ensure success.Ability to adjust schedule and workload based on project demands and deadlines.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift to 10lbs. Must be able to hear, see and use hands. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
