The Marketing Manager serves on the larger Creative & Story Team for Bethel Church—that is managed by the Creative & Story Senior Manager, serving the direction and vision of the Creative & Story Director. This role works alongside the other Creative & Story team leads (Communications, Video, and Design) to develop and implement creative strategies/ideas that move the mission of Bethel Church forward—to see revival change the world.The Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and implement strategies that build awareness, consideration and engagement of how God is moving in and through the church (under the overall vision of Bethel’s leaders) to our global audience. You should be experienced in developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing marketing campaigns and programs.This role is both creative and administrative, and the ideal candidate has both creative experience and a mind for processes. As the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Creative & Story Senior Manager, other Creative & Story Leads, as well as the Project Management team to ensure that campaigns and initiatives are implemented within stipulated budgets and timelines, while ensuring that Bethel’s Creative & Story core values are upheld.You will also play a vital role in developing and managing a thriving Kingdom-minded marketing team who value creating in relationship with the Excellent Creator Himself and the hearts of one another, alongside the teams they serve. This role is crucial in exporting the prophetic and apostolic messages of our Church, and creating pathways and invitations for people around the world to join in. The ideal candidate is a prolific storyteller, strategic thinker, and has a heart for people to encounter the presence of God.Responsibilities

Work with the Creative & Story Senior Manager as well as the Project Management team and other Creative & Story Leads to manage and steward the resources of the Creative & Story team (whether people, time, or tools) for marketing campaigns and initiatives in alignment with the vision and goals of Bethel Church and Bethel’s leadership. This includes Bethel Commerce, Bethel Events & Conferences and more.Oversee and meet with the Marketing team on a regular basis to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives for the various campaigns across channels (e.g. Email, Ads, Social Media, Video Streaming and E-commerce platforms, etc.). This includes the health of the team being stewarded both through project workflow as well as marketing platform management.Working alongside the Creative & Story Senior Manager, the Project Management team and other Creative & Story Leads in partner/client management, and stewarding the relationships with Bethel’s ministries and teams to develop and implement creative/marketing strategies as partners.Gathering, analyzing, interpreting and processing of information to develop meaningful analysis to advise strategic marketing or implementation.Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of Bethel’s vision and values. This requires an understanding of the various marketing channels, distribution points, industry trends, current performance reporting as well as customer database segmentation held in tension with Kingdom core values and honoring the Lord first and foremost.Partner with stakeholders, other teams, external agencies and vendors to lead the execution of marketing strategies or campaigns from start to finish, driving collaboration and leveraging the right internal processes.Evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention to advise on future planning.
