ExemptJob Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and assist the Marketing Director in driving the growth and success of Dr. Killigan's. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer marketing principles, strong leadership skills and a passion for building brands and engaging with customers. The goal is to increase the company's market share and maximize revenues to thrive against competitors.Responsibilities:Manage marketing activation calendars for email, SMS, social and other DTC channels, and develop integrated marketing campaignsManage retention and marketing channels, and run A/B testsSupport the marketing team, working cross-functionally and fostering a high-performance work environmentManage workflows ensuring project execution and meeting deadlines for all marketing projects and deliverablesCoordinate with a small set of vendors and platform partnershipsWork closely with product, inventory, and customer experience teams to align marketing efforts with overarching marketing goals and strategiesContribute to and execute product launch plans to ensure successful market entrySupport and delegate tasks ensuring alignment with overall strategies and objectivesUnderstand and communicate brand identity, values, and messaging consistently across channelsEnhance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and loyaltyMaintain strong relationships with independent contractors, ensuring alignment with contract objectives and optimizing performance to drive business growthContinuously evaluate and optimize marketing processes and workflows for efficiency and effectivenessUtilize a range of online platforms, including Google Workspace, , Klaviyo, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, and social media channels, to execute marketing initiatives efficiently and effectivelyWork closely with the Marketing Director for the creation of compelling marketing content, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assetsQualifications :Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing. 3+ years in e-commerce is a plus.Proficiency in utilizing online platforms and marketing tools such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, , and social media platformsCompetencies:Demonstrates expert-level DTC marketing skills with an emphasis on copywritingDemonstrates strong people-management skills by effectively communicating expectations, fostering collaboration, creativity, and high-performanceCollaborates effectively with various departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals, ensuring synergy across the organizationProficient in brand management, defining and communicating the brand identity, values, and messaging to resonate with the target audienceSkilled in project management, managing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlinesAbility to remain stationary in a sitting position for prolonged periodsAbility to work in front of a computer screen for several hoursTravel required for an annual work retreatBenefits:After 90 days of full-time employment:9 Paid holidaysComprehensive health insurance offering5 days or 40 hours of paid sick timeAfter 1 year of full-time employment:Paid vacationOther Duties:
