SummaryThe scope of this role will include many different aspects of marketing and coordinating in each area.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesExperience all aspects of digital marketing in the areas of website management
Collaborate with product management on elements such as:Assisting in researching and recommending new product offerings based on market needs
Identifying key customer insights to enable future product development
Identify and Coordinate trade shows as necessary
Competitive research and market analysis
Create and publish marketing pieces including catalogs, flyers, and others
Updating and formatting of price lists
Support/create strategic planning/marketing presentations
Brand Marketing
Assist Product Manager in developing brand strategy and perform associated research
Plan and implement cross-tier media
Creative campaign development/production
Assess trends and perform competitive deep dives
Support social platforms with marketing
Website oversight assistance: content development, optimization
Evaluation of distributor websites and our presence
Overview of our distributor sales patterns
Various special projects as needed with intercompany departments such as engineering, manufacturing, and operations
Expected OutcomesClean and comprehensive datasets
Effective reporting systems
On time completion of projects
Education and Experience RequirementsA bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
0-2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree
Self-starter with the ability to follow directions and complete tasks with little oversight
Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a high level of initiative.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Handles all matters with a high level of professionalism while working comfortably in a high paced and dynamic environment.
