Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.The roleProduct Marketing is at the center of growth at SoFi - Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) are the glue that binds our product and go-to-market strategies to drive success by increasing awareness and building trust in our solutions, products and services to drive new sales and product adoption. PMMs serve as the central point of contact for all cross-functional and cross-channel growth campaigns.In this role, you will be a PMM responsible for driving profitable growth for the rapidly evolving Credit Card product. You know our competitors like the back of your hand: what they do today and what they plan to do in the future. You also know our buyers better than they know themselves, including how they make their buying decisions. This isn't guesswork. You back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with targeted buyers and empowers our marketing channels to be successful.You are highly analytical, generating and leveraging data driven insights to inform offer and targeting strategy for a wide spectrum of Acquisitions and Engagement marketing campaigns across both Direct Response and Digital marketing channels. You will combine analytical insights and strategic thought leadership backed by market evidence to drive personalized targeting and messaging that resonates with our target audience. You will develop innovative internal and external programs that drive profitable growth for the Credit Card business. Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to develop our product's value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers' problems. You will constantly test strategies to learn, iterate, and innovate to deliver the right outcome for our members and the bottom line.In addition to the marketing team, you will regularly collaborate with product managers, business analysts and marketing channels requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.What you'll do:Decision Making-Make key decisions and create strategic marketing recommendations backed by strong conceptual marketplace understanding and grounded in quantitative proof points.Analytical Insights-leverage database querying tools (e.g. SQL) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Excel) to generate data driven insights.Develop end to end Go To Market strategy for Credit Card in conjunction with our marketing channel teams, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.Act as a primary thought leader for Credit Card, including speaking engagements and written works.Market intelligence-be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy, and their critical buying criteria.Understand the competitive landscape-be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.Collaborate with product management, growth, and content marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.Plan the launches of net-new products/features and releases of existing products/features, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.

What you'll need:5+ years of relevant work experience in growth or marketing capacity, with demonstrated experience developing and analyzing marketing campaignsIndustry experience in Credit Card Marketing Analytics highly desiredProficiency in SQL/Python and TableauExperience leading cross-functional projects across Risk, Marketing, Product, and Business functionsExceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is-or isn't-working.Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack, Asana, Lucidchart, Loom, Figma and Salesforce.

Compensation and BenefitsThe base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.
